The Dashboard page is your home base. It shows your Property Health Index, upcoming tasks, active projects, budget, and an interactive calendar — all in customizable, drag-friendly cards. Tap Customize to hide or reorder widgets.
Tap any day with a dot to open a sheet showing that day's tasks, chores, appointments, and bill due dates. Mark items complete inline, or tap "Add to this day" to schedule something new. Completed items update everywhere automatically.
Schedule recurring or one-time maintenance. Set due dates, costs, and vendors. Tap the circle to mark done — tap again to undo if you checked it by mistake. Export your log as PDF or CSV anytime.
