These terms govern your use of the HomeVault app and website (https://homevaultmanager.base44.app). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the property and business records you enter.
You agree to use HomeVault only for lawful purposes. You will not upload content you do not have the right to store, misuse the messaging or quote features to harass others, scrape or overload the service, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
Paid plans (homeowner and business) renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Additional seats and add-ons are billed alongside your subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Business profiles may be claimed by their owners. License status shown in the app is informational and based on available data; it does not constitute an endorsement or warranty by HomeVault. You are responsible for verifying a provider before hiring.
Quote requests, messages, and project records are coordination tools between you and service providers. HomeVault is not a party to any contract between a homeowner and a business and is not liable for the quality, safety, or completion of any work performed.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant HomeVault a limited license to host and display it within the app as needed to provide the service. You may delete your content at any time.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that records, reminders, or directory information are always accurate, complete, or available.
To the extent permitted by law, HomeVault and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may deactivate your account at any time.
